Lora LoPiccolo is an energetic and fun-loving wife and mother to three beautiful children. Her teaching style is
dynamic and supportive, yet disciplined. She brings her perspective as a woman living in the real world to every aspect of her philosophy and style of yoga and Zumba
instruction. Her teaching credits include: Beginner, Mixed Level, Power/Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, Baby and Me, Yoga for the Equestrian, Yoga with Weights, Christian Yoga,
Stretch and Swing/Yoga for Golfers, Wellness at Work and, new this summer, Zumba! Lora's personal interests include cooking, skiing,
kettlebells, outdoor life, art, music, Zumba, and, of course, Yoga. Lora has studied with Yin Yoga practitioner Paul Grilley, Taoist Yoga Master Paulie Zink, Restorative
Yoga teacher and physical therapist Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T., and completed her 200 hour training with Ellen Schaeffer and the Integrative Yoga Therapy
program. She continues to further her yoga studies on a regular basis, and offers this knowledge to her students through her real world perspective.
Lora frequently volunteers her time and knowledge to many organizations, including elementary schools, recreation departments, teen groups, libraries and healthcare groups. So please don't
